99% of our staff have years of experience in working at weddings, events and private parties. We do constantly recruit for great staff and if we have an individual that we believe has a great service attitude but no experience, and need to have trained up, we will ensure they are part of a larger team and will work along one of our very experienced staff. For smaller teams of two or less staff we would never send out a trainee.

Regular breaks for staff will keep them motivated and energised, so we recommend offering breaks whenever it fits around the demands of your event, in an 8 hour shift staff should receive a minimum of a 30 minute break for a meal and two 15 minute breaks throughout the day.

This is not a requirement but most events we work on staff are supplied with refreshments and a meal. Its really up to you, but staff are always very grateful.

We normally work on one staff member to every 30 guests, but this can change with buffet style events and silver service. So speak to us and we can certainly help to work out an optimum staff level

Our staff have been trained to constantly find work, and always clean and clear – thats part of the job. If however you require posts and pans cleaned perhaps you should consider employing a cleaner as waiters need to ensure they are always looking clean and smart.
